The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the St Charles streetcar just a couple of blocks away. This made it convenient to explore different parts of the city without having to rely on other modes of transportation. the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a great night's sleep. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any inquiries we had. the breakfast served each morning was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from, including gluten-free items. the hotel was surrounded by beautiful homes and had a charming atmosphere that added to the overall experience.

The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and pastries. the location was great, walking distance to restaurants and bars. the room was very comfortable with a cozy bed and clean linens.
The room decor was a little outdated and could use some modernization. the bathroom was cramped and could be improved.

Great architecture and comfortable beds. The location was also convenient as it was close to key attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.
The room was extremely small and cramped, lacking enough space to move around comfortably. Plus, the staff were not helpful in addressing our concerns and seemed uninterested in making our stay enjoyable.

The location is perfect for walking around the Garden District where the Lafayette Cemetery is located, as well as the Commander's Palace. The staff at this hotel was excellent, honoring every request and providing exceptional service. The rooms with the king bed were well-furnished and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast each morning was a delightful surprise, with fresh local pastries that added a special touch to our mornings.
All was well, no improvements needed.
